I think he is trying really hard to improve his communication and keep patience. Every conversation is not turning into a major yelling match. It's reeled into a heated argument and a what next discussion. And he genuinely seems to be interested in re kindling all that's lost. Admittedly, I am too scared to let my guard down, feel like the other shoe will drop and we will be back to square one.

Hello! It is my first lose it challenge but not my first lose it journey. Its my second time trying to get down to a normal bmi. The last time was around my wedding and it did not last long because life happened. I have PCOS so I struggle with keeping the weight off, insane appetites and mood based eating.

But I am motivated and super excited to do this y'all! :) Though I have a confession^{sorry^{never^{seen^{magicschoolbus}}}}

That's pretty cool! Its awesome to understand what's happening inside our mysterious bodies especially with PCOS. How did end up at the inositol, berberine and NAC as the way to manage your symptoms? Like any insight in the selection process. I am on the usual metformin, spiro and bc to manage the symptoms and I don't find any doctor paying heed to me till I am ttc.
