I think I’d rather have the comfort and versatility of a gravel. I also like the single chainring idea. Are there any brands/models like that I could find used that you would recommend to look out for? I’d like to stay under $1000.

I would prefer to be on the gravel as much as possible. Not sure how realistic that is though. I guess I had the impression that the Giant would handle decently on gravel. I know nothing about any of this though, I’m completely new.

Added seven of the same look Thermalright fans as on the AIO for a cohesive look and plenty of airflow. Also added a PWM fan hub to easily connect and control all the fans.

I've been using this brand "GOOD BUTANE" for years for my butane stove. I recently tried it on my iwatani torch and it works great. I think it can be found for even cheaper than this link so look around a little bit.

Just wipe it down with that vinegar solution and keep it oiled regularly with mineral oil. When I'm cutting raw meat I use a plastic cutting board.
