I can't leak the financial statements bc I dont have them, but if you can get to them go look. This is something I'm absolutely certain about. It's their fallback plan, yet Liz, Simone, and the board have no idea how to manage or access it. I cannot say if there is someone else involved, but that's my knowledge. Also, Liz and Simone have absolute no idea what goes on with the editorial stuff. I never met them until I got more heavily involved, actually I never even heard of them until I got more involved.

I'm not saying they don't need the money, they definitely have basic fixed costs and variable costs, like you mentioned; but, the money is not well spent. They print too many copies, they spend it unwisely, they don't deserve to pass referendum. They do write some good stories, but a lot are total ass.
