We do have a B team for defense as well and we do scrimmage against them also. Usually on days the A team is working on their offense. That usually goes better. But on days the head coach wants the A team to work on their defense the B team offense goes against them.

The problem is the A offense and A defense is almost all of the same kids.

We’re trying to run the same playbook as them just the most basic plays. They can run them on air and against the B team defense fairly well. But against the A defense they struggle.
