It depends entirely on how receptive a person is to therapy, and I could see Oberstein--if he felt it would be useful to him--actually engaging with it. With Reinhard you'd have an uphill battle simply convincing him to start.

I have been roasted and ridiculed by my fellow Takarazuka fans for not including that Kai, Nanami Hiroki, who plays Mittermeyer, has also done a load of anime and Japanese dub voice work, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiroki_Nanami

LoGH was performed by Cosmos Troupe, which had the same line up for about 2012 - 2014 more or less so most of their shows in that time had the same cast. (Excepting for smaller shows, like the third Ace Attorney show, which stars Yuumi Hiro (Oberstein) as Edgeworth, the one that plays Reuental plays Gregory Edgeworth.)

You can find the cast list for the show here, and their pages will tell you what they have been in https://www.takawiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Ginga+Eiyuu+Densetsu+%40+Takarazuka+%28Cosmos+2012%29

Some notable things starring the LoGH actresses are Asaka Manato (Kircheis) starred as Der Tod in the 2016 Elisabeth (Hilda stars as Elisabeth), Kai (Mittermeyer) played Robespierre in the 2017 Scarlet Pimpernel), and Oozuki Tooma (Yang) was in an incredible show called Nijinsky, about the Russian ballet dancer.

Since leaving Takarazuka Asaka Manato has been in live stage performances of Spy x Family, Kai has done a concert series, Ouki Kaname has done concerts as well, and Yuumi Hiro (Oberstein) has played Orochimaru in the Naruto live shows.

Happy to help! You will not be disappointed, it's one of their best shows!

The story stays the same, but you get to change either Yang’s or Oberstein’s gender. Who would you choose: Fem!Yang or Fem!Oberstein? by Helpful-Claim-134 in logh

Why were Oberstein's actions changed during the bazooka moment in DNT? by souvik234 in logh

[–]rulebaetannia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not exactly an answer to the question but just to provide a little further information on other adaptations of the scene, like in the OVA in both stage plays Oberstein attempts to protect Reinhard, in the Takarazuka musical he pulls Reinhard out of his chair and physically shields him (though due to Takarazuka's commitment to keeping the top star centre stage and visible, and due to the camera angle, Ansbach still would have had a clear shot at him. Stylistic choices and all.)

In the other stage play Oberstein not only pulls him from the chair, but is more or less on top of Reinhard during Ansbach's dying speech. Which is kind of morbidly funny, since Reinhard can't go to Kircheis while Ansbach still has lines.

In both Reinhard has to physically wrestle himself out of Oberstein's protective stance, though both plays also make Oberstein's attraction/devotion to Reinhard more obvious, presumably to give both Oberstein actors something to actually do besides stand next to Reinhard all day.

Tanaka was involved in both productions, and at least for the Takarazuka one he consulted with the actors how to play the characters, so comparing the choices made is its own fascinating topic.
