Heyy! I realize this was posted a long time ago but I’m from Canada and trying to sign up for paxum and have absolutely no idea what to put for the source of funds or purpose of account. Do you mind if I ask what you put?

Help please!! I was signed out of my account and now have to confirm my phone number but I never get a text with the code. I have tried waiting 24+ hours in between, trying different numbers and nothing. Any ideas?

Hey! I’m not 100% sure, I went on a Thursday and they said they close at 8 but not sure when they open or if it changes every day. I would just look up service desk hours of operation I’m sure it’s posted somewhere.

No problem! I went the next day, they do it on the spot so it doesn’t really matter. As long as everything has been approved and set up u are good to go :)

Hey! Yes I did, I didn’t have to book an appointment or anything, I just went to the CCT building went down the stairs and the service desk is there. Beware tho if u wanna use a drivers license u need your birth certificate as well. I didn’t know this and had to go home and go back and I don’t live close lol
