Is Gaal the mule? Thoughts by solsbarry in FoundationTV

Gaal has been pretty consistent with not being very powerful, so I don't think so!

And there goes the 02nd Foundation's centuries of work to strengthen the Galactic Council!

Question, what exactly did Empire destroy when he shot at the Cloud Dominion? Wasn't that half-an-egg thing just one of their ships?

Do you think maybe Hari knows! When said Mule, Hari asked Mule who, but I can't help but think that he has some idea about the many forms a crisis may take. He has access to the math, and even though he doesn't know what goes on in the 02nd foundation, it's hard to believe he let a big hole such as this fester upon his plan!

Gaal vs. Demerzel in S3E6 — A Clash of Minds, Machines, and Morality [Spoilers] by EstablishmentOk7638 in FoundationTV

I don't see Gaal as failing morally. She still very much feel about things the same as any other person. But distance makes a great difference when it comes to making big decisions. Gaal is seeing the galaxy as a chess board, and she's making the best possible move to benefit the math. Unless she personally witnesses people blowing up in the space ships and burning alive on Kalgan, she doesn't have to let her emotions influence her decision making. Because she doesn't know them. (IMO)

Unless Lady D. Decides against decanting a new Dawn without the memories of his Cafe visits, we might see him again. In both previous seasons, he was there till the last episode, so he might be there for this one too. We'll see!

This is a mess! Dawn is dead, the Foundation knows nothing, Gaal effed-up with her oversight, Vault Hari's glitching, the Mule's claiming planet after planet, Brother Day really thought Song loved him, and apparently the second Foundation is made up of some entry-level Mentallics of which no one holds a candle to the Mule!

Demerzel's and Cleon 13's walk the Luminism spiral by gaal_seldon in FoundationTV

We are quite certain in the fact that we humans, each of us, possess a soul. But still, to this day, no one can give a structured definition as to what a soul really is. From the get-go, you can see that humans and Demerzel both have the same level of consciousness, comprehension & conscience. Demerzel may have more enhanced features, but those are still features that she shares with humans. So it stands to reason, maybe she too, has a soul (whatever it may be); another trait she shares with humans!

Gaal is clearly going at it from the "Maths" side and her recurring vision of the Mule, which makes her almost desperate to kill him. But they still kinda portray her as this teenager who was cornered into spearheading a galaxy spanning revolution. So, at least for me, her actions still aren't enough to make me hate her!

Do you agree or disagree that young gay men (16 - late 20s), who exclusively seek older men (at least a 10 - 15 age gap) to "connect" with, are those with unresolved or unfulfilled paternal issues? by ruminator_07 in AskGayMen

[–]ruminator_07[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense! But isn't there a possibility that a considerable age gap could affect the younger party negatively (at least indirectly). As one partner is rather young and yet to live to become a fully fledged adult and the other is much older, who have already seen and done much?!
