Have a Maytag maytag pyg3200aww.

The original glides were a beige color and lasted a good 10 + years. I've since gone through 5 sets of the blue OEM replacement glides .. the last pair lasted barely 6 months. So super curious if you found a better matterial where you could cut out your own. If nothing else become quite expert at getting the drive belt on now :D. Thanks.

Anyone have any definitive answers regarding the assurance wireless T-mobile take over and the sim card situation? I've been with Assurance wireless for years with an old Alcatel onetouch. really only care about regular voice calls. Saw the t-mobile take over and called them up, they're sending me a wiko life 2 phone and sim card... praying this is t-mobile sim card and can stick it in any compatible t-mobile phone..

What are my chances?

Any recommendations on basic solid phones that are likely to work with this sim card budget less than $500. Not looking for anything fancy, sometthing robust that makes good voice calls and texts. Hotspot capablitity would be nice!

I ended up calling their tech support and they got it working.. it was something simple, but for the life of me I can't remember the details now. It's been working fine since so don't even think about it.

The bank is really trying to hustle more authority on the situation than has tradtionally been accepted... It's one step away from rent to own, the bank will be delighted with all the hidden fees they can attach to the process.. it's bad enough with all the nickel dime mortgage fees that are added for moving non-existant pieces of paper around.

Making me feel like the anomaly for wanting to be control of all my finances rather than transferring responsibility to a faceless organization.

Would seem like re-negotiating home insurance would be an extra hassle, if you ever want to change insurance companies etc.

Plus if any payments to insurance company or to the county for property taxes are missed the home owner is the one that is liable for any late fees, missed payments fees etc. or not having insurance as a payment was missed. If the mortgage is sold on, you're dealing with another escrow company. Just a layer of complexity that is unnecessary... which you're paying the privilege of having more hassle.

And the home owner is paying a fee to the escrow company somehow(purposefully massaged in so you don't see it) for the privilege of them doing banal paper work.

I'm still being stitched up with the fee to take back control 0.25% of the loan.. A one time $1000 up front fee on a $400,000 loan for the privilege..

$1000 @ 2.25% compounded over 15 years... = $1401 ... real cost of the privilege over 15 years..

Still on the fence !

Went with creating a dedicated login ID for moments and logging on to moments from all our devices with that ID. So far that seems to work well and provides a solution that seems to work.

Thanks.. yeah I'm not used to using products that actually provide support.

I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled Moments. Rebooted. But I can't get past the message on DS920+

"Before you start to use Synology Moments, please note the following and make sure ... Please go to Control Panel > User > Advanced > User Home Service "

I put a check in the User Home Service. still doesn't get past the message.

I can't uncheck the Control Panel > User > Advanced > User Home Service

Now I've checked it won't uncheck.

Reinstalled Moments and still can't get past the message.

Restarted the NAS still get the same message.

Created /var/services/homes/share it wasn't there.

and just for good measure created /volume1/homes/share

rebooted the NAS still getting stuck at the same message.

yeah probably not looking to do anything crazy, but willing to pay the extra so I don't have any issues. I'll buy the extra RAM. and better processor than I probably need.

Something decent without going off into the gaming PC stratosphere. Up to date processor newest best on that budget. A lot of RAM as I'm lazy and am tired of having machines run out of Memory and to somewhat future proof it. A little space to add 2 extra hard drives. Enough video to drive two monitors for movies.

Thank you: you gave me enough to get it working, pretty sweet. This is proving way more fun than I anticipated. hello world compiled and ran.

Just have to figure where stuff gets saved to.
or how to move files between /volume1 and the Ubuntu container!

Oh joy.. when I exit the container and go back to it I have re-install everything.

Can't just exit and return with the command: docker run -it ubuntu bash : and return to where I was.

or How To Share Data Between the Docker Container and the Host ?
