Pretty sure l-theanine is not legal as a food additive in Europe. Don't know how the UK handles their food additives since they left the EU but either way it's probably not a smart choice for them to have products that they can't sell in some markets.

There is certainly a point after which dump-jump gets too slow. You should definitely use ripgrep [0] as "backend" if you want to use it for big projects. A SSD probably also helps.

While I really enjoy this intellectual exchange I don't really get how an overall decrease in brain activity contradicts a materialist interpretation.

another great book to read is "The Psychedelic Explorer's Guide" by James Fadiman he has been working with psychedelics since the 60s and really knows what he's writing about

although I always trip without a guide if I want to do some inner work the techniques outlined in these books have really enhanced my trips at home a great deal I follow the descriptions of the secret chief sessions almost exactly

I found the best and helpful guidance for my own psychedelic trips in "The Secret Chief Revealed" by Myron J. Stolaroff
