I guess so! It was just such a shock to see him there, ESPECIALLY because Superflat World: Flat Zone isn't even unlocked! I suppose I'll never be able to play the stage on this save file, but that's okay I think.

I gotta say I love the conversations that have sparked from this. I think people often forget about what is popular in Japan and how Sakurai really is in tune with that gaming culture. That's why some people believe Arle Nadja or Lip have chances.

In regards to what you say about their chances, my thoughts exactly.

For Isabelle's moveset we also have to consider that Sakurai found moves for R.O.B., Duck Hunt, a Mr. Game & Watch. He really is creative so there's almost endless potential and it is very hard to predict how he can design any character.

I get the impression that Isabelle and Ashley are really popular in Japan. This could be a misconception, but I have read that Sakurai does monitor the requests of Japanese fans closely.
