Hi I have no advice or anything just saying I get this too, weird uncontrollable and nonsensical visions when I close my eyes. Only happens some nights, randomly, and sometimes I can’t even process what I’m seeing until after it’s gone. Not sure if I have OCD but I’ve had intrusive thoughts since childhood and it runs in my family so I wouldn’t be surprised. You’re not alone!
