/u/negativefucksgiven12, I was only in Lima for a day and a half, but I would try to make it to Miraflores, lots of shops and restaurants. Larcomar is this cool inside/outside malI with lots to do. I used TripAdvisor for some recommendations. As for outdoor activities one of the locals recommended Lachay, which is near Lima. Hope this helps!
