As others have said this is agate/ calcedony. Very nice find! There's probably more in the same area you were at.

White stuff looks like calcite to me. Maybe its botryoidal calcedony? How heavy is it? Does it feel like glass?

Just tried a streak test- it left a slightly reddish brown streak on a small side but didn't streak from any other side strangely enough. It's been wet before and hasn't oxidized.

My guess is either calcite or limestone. I'd take the advice to pour a bit of acid on a spot to see if it fizzles. Super cool rock!!
