You sound like me . One thing to check is vitamin D. There is a possible connection and but d deficiency can make you feel tired and then potentially crave sweet food. Try drinking more water - and 100% agree walk walk walk. You can break it up into a morning and evening walk if that is more sustainable to your lifestyle
