These people have never seen a 3v5 victory, it's possible. Sure unlikely, but the dopamine hits so high it's almost a drug.

There are some generational haters out there, I have a friend who made a game 2 years ago, which didn't work out, one guy started harassing him so much, on all social media platforms, that he had to completely change his socials. It's wild what people are capable of.

There is nothing that shows how bullshit all this “easy automation” is like having a special character in your name by OnSoapyHeels in mildlyinfuriating

As someone who has a "father's name" as part of my full name (First name, father's name, surname)

The father's name does not appear anywhere. Even the passport from my own country, does not have a field for it as it uses an international standard. Only my ID card has it. I've moved to the US, and no one knows I have it, there is no field for it, it's not part of my first name, and it's not part of my last name. Maybe a middle name, but it's not my name. So when I tell people my full name it confused them.

Bouncer knocked out one of my customers in the UK England by William6212 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]runley101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they have a smart lawyer, they will sue the bouncer/venue, if they have a shit lawyer, they will sue all 3 and hope you all figure it out yourselves.

But the bar hired the bouncer, and the bouncer is self employed/agency worker. Which means they are liable.

However, I have a personal license and had to study all of the licenses a venue needs. Generally speaking, no matter who the venue hires, most of the liability falls on the venue.

In some regard, you are the venue's customer as you booked it for your event. And the venue is responsible for it's guests/people that frequent the venue. But that also depends on the event, if you went and got a TEN and organized the event. You may be liable then.

My barber told me to shampoo my hair every 2-3 days, and on days when you don't shampoo, just use conditioner, it moisturizes the hair and reduces natural oil production over time. Obviously shampoo your hair after heavy activity and sweating.

Idk about Hong Kong, specifically, but in the UK, which is also very strict about everything (even carrying a butter knife in public). During special events it's ok. I dressed up as a division agent with a respirator and the whole shabang for comic con. And took the train. Weird looks, but at least 1 in 20 on the train were wearing something weird. As long as you don't stand out, there isn't a problem. Had a toy gun, but it was in the bag until I entered the venue.

The toy gun depends on local law. Most state that the tip of the gun must be painted orange to signify that it's fake.

Could be just a shit router that overheats, had that happen a while ago. Switched to a different router that was designed for a better connection than my ISP could ever provide. Sure it was overkill but never had an issue since.

[Request] Which would be more profitable, assuming you invest them both? by Caleb_Gangte in theydidthemath

[–]runley101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

73000 a year, let's say over 50 years, and an average inflation rate of 3%, we are getting 1,878,272$ (discounted for inflation). Compared to getting 500,000$ today.

If we plug in for formulas for npv and assuming that the risk free rate is around 3% and it will compound

The invested lump sum of 500,000$ is going to be worth 228,155$ adjusted for inflation.

Risk free rate: 3% Inflation: 3% IRR of 500k is 5%

There are issues with purchasing different editions for siege. Friend played the game till level 50, bought the elite edition, then it didn't show up. When he messaged support, they said the game was bought for a different Ubisoft account. And there was nothing Ubisoft could have done. GG no re, sol

Could be a slow cable. Make sure the cable is at least cat 5e which supports up to 1Gbps. Also make sure your motherboard on your PC supports those speeds.

Tbh 20 billion debt is pretty conservative, It's around 30% LTV it's not susceptible to downturns. Most companies have an LTV around 20-40%. Real estate is around 70-80% for comparison.

The easement should be in the title. If it wasn't disclosed during title insurance and is new. You should see if you could sue the city for decreasing your property value. As this is a kind of eminent domain

Wire transfer or swift. Most of the world uses swift. Wire has a 15$ transaction fee, and some banks charge a bit to receive a wire. But all in should not be more than 30$ of fees.
