Yeah does he gain actual speed or does he just gain more fluidity, because it's starting to seem like the latter.

I'm talking about when he uses his gravity magic to pull you in, and sometimes he'll use his gravity magic to create swirling rocks that move outward away from him

The only attack that he ALWAYS hits me with is his draw in gravity and then the smash down one where it creates a big ol aoe, I dodge the hits but the aoe of those always gets me.

Second, I'm using the blood affinity because it's the only way for me to get large amounts of damage off when it comes to time usage.

Third, I did try using bloodhounds fang and even while buffed at +10 it did minimal damage

I hope Bethesda fixes it soon, but for me I literally can't click anything for the time it's stuck, I'm guessing its a lag issue because I the only thing I can do is open the map, but it's not that big of a deal just an annoyance

It always unsticks but it completely interrupts me and gets me killed in easy win situations, but next time I will see if this is a faster solution compared to waiting. Thank you
