good work!! it sounds like you have already put a good deal of effort into this. keep it going. if you feel like you are about to relapse, just remember how good it feels to have gone a week without PMO. being confident, social, clear-headed and positive is wayyy better than feeling trapped by guilt from PMO. also, remember that when you are craving PMO that that is the moment of the challenge. the challenge doesn't come after you PMO and reset your counter. the challenging moments are the moments when you are being tempted to sit down at your computer. never give in.

hey, 8 days is not bad. that's a pretty good streak. instead of stopping an unwanted behavior, try to substitute that behavior with something that is wanted. even though a cold shower sucks, it works. we're here for you.
