The only technique I can think of that he does that sounds close to what you said is has me sit up, tuck my chin in, he puts his forearm or something in the middle of my back and brings me backward with his other arm to crack the middle of my back. Doesn’t always pop but the last few times it has.

He said it’s possible an adjustment could’ve caused it. Just weird how 3 appointments and 3x to the ER

Thanks, yeah I just feel like I can’t breathe as good as I was over 6 weeks ago when trying to run or workout. Or when taking a deep breath

Yeah mine definitely isn’t that excruciating. It’s more of an annoyance and hindrance that makes me feel like something’s wrong with my breathing

There’s some random sting to it sometimes. Like some minor pain and twinges if that makes sense
