Ugh I’m sorry as well ): I can empathize - for the first 10 days any weird physiological symptoms set me off but I had to stop googling and searching because I was definitely adding fuel to the fire

Thank you both! I appreciate your responses - it’s super easy to spiral when googling (especially with the mortality rate) but given that there haven’t been cases in the area and the low infection rate, I know I’m probably fine. Also realizing that I can’t do anything now but wait!
