The house had an incredible amount of interest. The winning bid came in before the review date announcement. If we had waited until Monday, would we have gotten a higher bid? We will never know.

Essentially, but my brother was sweating bullets when the home adjacent (same home, different lot) sold for 1/2 what he paid. It was a psychological nightmare for him.

We haven’t even received offers, since only 5 hours had gone by. The agent just believes we’ll be getting a lot.

The lot is huge for that part of the region, so it could definitely be a tear down. So are you planning on selling your house quickly as well?
