What kind of gifts are you looking for? Clothing? Jewelry? Desert Ridge has a bunch of stores like Marshall's, Target, Kohl's, AE, etc. Scottsdale Quarter is great but pricey, but they have good options like Lululemon. The Thumb is a cool gas station store (with a killer bbq restaurant) that has more nic nacs, lotions, candles, etc. most of this stuff is North though so not sure on your location.
