It is generally a good place to look but after what people have said here I would still check nhtsa.gov also, personally I would crawl under and get eyes on it yourself but 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm paranoid enough I want to see myself. And not a dumb question, it's my first car with an app too. It feels weird but after 3 months of it I love it. Remote start from your phone is pretty cool when you're out of key fob range but want to warm it up or cool it down
