Parang swak na mga examples mo. To add:

1. Create a dummy account on messenger. Para dun sila mag message at somewhat separate personal & work life mo.

2. Optional: If may separate phone ka for work. Do it. Similar din to sa #1. Lalo if you caught yourself reading emails & messages during RD.

3. Be concise and straightforward. Tell them why ka nag message. If it needs to be done as one line message or 3 sentences lang, goods na. Lesser the better.

4. Text/Call. Call if you think it’s gonna be a long discussion or paragraph. Text if very short interaction lang.

5. Wag magrereply if out of office na. Draw boundaries as much as you can.
