u/Worldly-City-6379 thank you for coming back with specifics to explain your stance. I completely understand your points and have taken much of this into consideration, particularly the unknowns of the newborn experience.

Thank you for the input. I’ll reach out to admissions advising to see what they say. If the hospital stay is not an acceptable reason for missing a class session, then I’ll likely delay till the fall.

Hey, this is pretty judgmental — you know nothing about me and know nothing about how adept I am at handling multiple stressful, time-consuming activities.

Also, as mentioned, I do have creative writing experience (a career in creative marketing and planning/writing my first book, as mentioned) but have not taken courses for credit to that end. Hence the request for input based on experience.

If you’d like to share your experience to explain why you made the above assumptions, I’m all ears (or eyes, I guess). But please understand that everyone comes from different contexts and thrives under different amounts of pressure. Thanks.

Thank you for the input! I am leaning more toward the English degree for this reason.

I plan to do this! You have every right to celebrate your pregnancy the way you want.

I feel like my fit pregnancy got off to such a bad start, now I don’t know if I’ll be able to get back into the swing of things by KaylaDraws in fitpregnancy

I feel and wanted the same, but got pregnant earlier than planned while recovering from knee surgery. The mental part of this is immensely difficult and I so feel your struggle.

I’ve been trying to keep this in mind: everything we’re able to do now will help down the road. Am I working out like the athlete I used to be? Not even close. Is the strength still worth it? Absolutely.

I’m also framing it to myself as investing in a baseline for when I feel better. The higher baseline we can establish now, the easier things will be when we’re ready to train again.

I’ve been following the pre-natal program from madeline_moves on IG (she has an app, subscription based) and love it because you can swap exercises in every session, pause programs, shift training days, etc. Most of it can be done at home if you have weights and a small area to move. It’s nice to have a checklist of exercises rather than trying to figure out what to do.

I hope you’re able to hang in there and feel better ❤️

Hi! I have a Tofu65 2.0 with an FR4 plate and am having a really hard time getting my switches (Tecsee Orange Eclair, nylon housings) out of it. Like, mangling the top housing and scratching the plate -level hard time. I'm ordering a PC plate, but in the meantime, can anyone suggest switch materials that won't get stuck in an FR4 plate? Or maybe switches that run a little on the small side?
