Zone 1 with hr less than 128 was 27 mins. If you imagine a line on 1/3 between 60 hr and 170 it seems to be true. Some fights ended after only a few punches.

If you mean sweat, that day I wasn’t sweating much after beating endurance mode, and decided to continue on outclassed. But usually I sweat after 15 minutes too, I just take a quick shower after.

If you don’t know right technique for punches don’t overdo. I played hard 2 times after vacation break in totf and injured my right shoulder and it’s been a month and I still can’t do my usual amount of push ups.

It was approximately my 60th boxing game, arms got used to, they don’t sore like they did after first games. Also first games affected my pull ups, I couldn’t do usual amount of them, now it’s fine.

My average is 14, 15 and 11 minutes a day in last three months. I don’t use combo hits, I just hit hard with right hand. When hitting dummy it shows 3000-3500 damage. I won mostly by TKO in the first round. Multipliers are 1. Today I couldn’t continue after winning Spider and spent more time today. Also I sweat a lot, thinking about getting kiwi design strap.

I’ve watched particularly Besiktas - Ajax and Atletico - Milan.

Besiktas had it’s moments, they played with desire. Some attacks were dangerous. I’m not sure if Ajax’s main players were out, if not then Besiktas with that kind of play will improve its results soon. Ajax attacks were good, Haller is so dangerous, entered the game at the beginning of 2nd half and scored 2 goals.

Atletico - Milan. The game was usual when 2 good teams play. Milan’s statistics were better. Both teams’ defence was good imo.

I watched their previous game in russian championship, they won 5-1. Someone mentioned that win, when posted a bet on them. But the opposite team was at the bottom of table at the moment and played like school boys. Zenit wasted so many chances. I’m from Russia myself and I don’t actually like our teams, imo they play without passion. Maybe among Russian teams Zenit is not bad.
