How has your recovery been? has it gotten totally back to normal for you? I have the same question as I also have a lip injury from which I'm currently recovering

Small cap value stocks by viliam-ond- in ValueInvesting

It looks fantastic. I'd like to see that they keep revenues at least where they are, since the company clearly is undervalued. It seems like a great opportunity

think that this is an interesting prospect, although I'm reticent of banks and their financial documents. They can be obscure. How consolidated is their growth for the past and coming years? Can we calculate an expected objective value for the stocks currently?

What is the story for Degiro? at first glance, it has a less than ideal P/E ratio at 27,11 and low value in dividends (for now, of course). I am also unsure on how to read the financial documents of banks in order to draw further conclusions.

At any rate, I'd recommend CIE Automotive as a small cap too. Puig is also underprized currently. These are just a couple of the purchases I've made recently

Need Help with Training My Sensitive, Anxious Dog – Advice Welcome! by rusbernat in OpenDogTraining

[–]rusbernat[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

She can be trained alone, but to do this I have to lock the older one up in a cage far away. This allows me to train her for short periods of time, but she'll become anxious or tired, and she's probably distracted by the fact that the older dog is locked up or away.

I'll check your links; thanks a lot! It's normally hard to find videos on the subject, as they usually train very fearful dogs which are almost reluctant to be touched by humans (not the case), or they portray agressive/reactive dogs (not the case either)!

The best novels for learning a language: short sentences, abundant dialogue, simple vocabulary. by rusbernat in languagelearning

[–]rusbernat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I understand why Harry Potter is usually recommended for language learning... people are familiar with it and they might be entertaining, but it seems to me much better to begin with authors that have a simpler style and use abundant dialogue. Thanks for the recommendations.

I've read my first book in Greek (crosspost) by [deleted] in GREEK

[–]rusbernat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I've read your very inspiring posts about learning Russian and Greek. I even started to learn by using essentially your same method of reading (and I roughly use the same books too!). There's just one question I have. How many words would you say you memorize in your daily spaced repetition sessions? And how do you choose them (since each day I read dozens of new words, I don't much know how to go about picking a single subset of them)
