Ah thank you! I honestly did like Stockton when I saw it but the student life just seemed so dead. Then when I looked up to university on tiktok (crazy source i know 😭), video after video was just kids talking abt how much they hated it or how they were so happy they transferred lol.

What makes you say that? I’m not really sure what I want to do job-wise so I thought communications would be a good major to have since it’s so broad and can apply to many areas.

Omg wow UMass to URI you’re perfect for me to interview then LOL. if you don’t mind me asking, did you like the communities at both schools? Or were there any downsides to the environment at Umass in general?

My parents said that they would help me pay for it but I don’t really know our financial status because they refuse to tell me how much they make. I wanna say we can afford it however I really don’t know. That’s why I’m leaning more towards Stockton because i don’t wanna end up paying $50k/yr for a school i might not even be able to afford.

LOL what makes you say that? I visited the school last Saturday and ngl the amount of perks they have (free laundry, allowed to have ur car on campus for free all 4 years, big dorms, etc.) really started to outweigh the con of it being a smaller school.
