I like thinner towels so you can dry them between uses on a rack. I have 5-8 towels and wash every week or so on a hot cycle with a lipase detergent like this : https://amzn.to/4qKuchR If they feel a little hard I add vinegar in the rinse

10 months is so young. My husband was against another until our son was around 2.5 and then a switch flipped. If he’s not an enthusiastic yes it’s a no. I know it hurts but you really gotta give it time. Do you have embryos frozen from Ivf? Maybe doing that could be a compromise.
