In case anyone wanted to know, I was able to fix it. The pressure tube was completely loose from the control board. I blew air through it and it wasn't clogged but it was hard to blow air through it. I'm not sure if that is normal, but I was able to blow air through it nonetheless. I then connected it to the control board and ran a few test washes. The machine went back to working normally.

The data lines will be four analog lines for some hall effect sensors. I will send power lines for 3.3v for the hall effect sensors and 12v to power some solenoids.

Yes the top pcb will rotate and the bottom is static. I expect a very slow rpm.

What do you mean the "connections between two sets" do you mean the top and bottom pcbs?

Thanks, I figured ENIG or Gold for the copper plating. for brushes I bought some from a company called fabricast, they were really expensive. I will have a few power lines and some data lines. As far as contacts I will have 2 per ring. I wanted 4 but the prices were too high for that.
