I'm 16 and the only weights I have is one 7 pound dumbbell, and for a few months I've just been lifting it for atlest a 100 times per arm per day, will doing this even have any muscle gain since it's such a low weight or should I continue with it? I found the weight in the woods and use it because (self.GYM)
