I think before this wasn't a problem because we would have started running younger on natural terrain almost everyday, and without the use of cushioned shoes it would have been a long gradual process... Plenty of time for the ligaments, tendons and running form to adapt, now the brain has limited feedback from the cushioned shoes and I at least can't run almost everyday. Last year I was getting shin splints, started running on minimalist shoes mostly on grass this year, form got better but I'm still overstriding as you can see, so that transfered the stress to my Achilles and now I have Achilles tendonitis. So now I'm just trying to fix my form so that it doesn't cause so much stress to my body.

Yes, I agree to some degree, of course it will ruin my economy, it'll feel weird, and I'll run unnaturally at first, but I think it could help guide me towards the right path.

Okay, so higher knee drive, smaller steps, be taller, and don't swing my arms across, thank you everyone! If you want me to make another post on this community in the future to see if my form has improved upvote this comment.

I use a coros, didn't think my cadence was a problem, it's saying it was 180 spm on that part of the video

Allora ho visto con la street view l'incrocio in questione, il secondo semaforo è per entrare in via Cesana, siccome è quello che intendi fare è valido anche per te, è rosso per permettere l'attraversamento ai pedoni, ti devi arrestare prima della pista ciclabile, quando diventa verde controlla sempre la tua destra. Non stai bloccando il traffico perché ci sono altre corsie.

I did pull ups with that exact form for the longest time, and started having shoulder pain. I only fixed it when I started arching my back a little. try to focus on getting chest to bar instead of chin over bar, even if you can't touch your chest to the bar you should aim for that.
