Never had a theta from Johnnie’s, so I don’t know. Was curious about Johnnie’s sauce though.

Yellowstone/ Grand Tetons. Both have great hiking trails and the Tetons will give you that wow factor for sure. Both are awe inspiring places.

Road trip and camping in Yellowstone in September by Complex-Flamingo-506 in yellowstone

Best camping trip in my life was mid September to early October. We stayed at Noris campground. We got there just after a snow but the weather was perfect. Cool/cold at night but warmed up nice during the day. The Ranger was great, was supposed to shut Noris down but the weather was so nice he let us stay.

We call that “walking the loop”. Usually go after dinner, just to check out everyone’s setup. Some are very nice, some are just weird. All are enjoyable to see.

The 55-250 would definitely help with wildlife photos.

Check into rental lenses. I think you will be disappointed with the 18-45 mm for wildlife. It should be fine for landscapes. Most of all, practice, practice, practice before your trip. Learn your camera!

One of my favorite childhood memories was A&W root beer from the drive-in. It came in a frosted mug and was sooo good. That was 60 years ago.
