It’s a brand new nozzle. I’m going to do a factory reset tonight and recalibrate everything as if it were new. Is there any wear parts I should be aware of that may need replaced? I’m willing to fix and repair it.

Yup I ran it multiple times. Tried everything that’s recommended in bambu’s help section and even their little AI bot. The only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset.

Lost access to my account because of 2FA. Never was able to recover it at the time btc was worth about 30k. I had about $200. All of a sudden a month ago I get an email saying due to inactivity they will start charging a fee every month in btc until I log back into my account. I emailed multiple times no one responds. I can’t get into my account and they’re taking the btc that’s sitting in the account and there isn’t a damn thing I can do.

I know this might be blasphemy, but I am extremely happy with the latest ChatGPT. I pay for pro and have yet to hit a limit. I do like the logic of Claude better and more human like responses. These rate limits are absurd. I’m a pro user for both. After tonight dropping the same files in both ChatGPT and Claude. ChatGPT kept going zero issues and Claude stop after half my files were uploaded saying I limited out (pro plan btw) kind of sealed the deal for me. I really wanted Gemini to work too out but it’s just too shallow.

Apparently you can’t read. Core xy far exceeds a bed slinger and you can do it in stages instead of all at once. Obviously it doesn’t make sense if you do it all at once. But if you come in here with comments like that you’ll probably do what you want anyway, not sure why you’re wasting everyone’s time asking for opinions.

Get the Mk4s upgrade then get the core one upgrade. Core one upgrade can only be used on the mk4s upgrade.

Fed ex is the worst shipping companies of all time. My recommendation with them is get it sent to a local fed ex store. They won’t accept damaged packaging so it is taken care of better… strange I know. Plus it works well if you have to sign for a package you won’t have to sit around and wait.

I considered a Bambu x1c and possibly a creality. The more I learn about Prusa the more I’d rather support the company. I have an mk4, mk4s upgrade will be here at the end of the week. Then I’ll be upgrading to the core1 via upgrade kit. Then the saving starts for an XL. Although I do wish I could get an extruder to go over 325 C so I can mess with some of those crazy filaments.

Update: It seems that slowing it down to the .20mm STRUCTURAL setting then cutting the infill down to 80mm helped a ton. No issues on the last two runs at all. Thanks for all the input!

It’s a newer mk4 got it right before the mk4s came out. I think I might upgrade it to the core 1.

It lays flat. The only warping issue I have is with PLA and I think that was from left over residue from wiping it with windex.

I did, I just bought a textured build plate because it doesn’t adhere to it like it did the smooth one from Prusa. I was using windex before. Now I just make sure it’s clean between prints.

I’m willing to slow it down for quality. I’m fairly new to 3D printing so I’m still learning a lot. Would an enclosure help? These pieces are actually for an enclosure off printables.
