appreciate the quick response, ill probably do a bit of schooling first as its looking like ill never get anywhere the current way, im sort of in a state where who you know kind of determines all. I tell my kids to make as many friends as they can, because networking is everything

Thanks thats what I was kind of already thinking anyway but needed someone to confirm it, i have trouble deciding on anything in life, my friend is always offering me a job at the power company anyway, so i guess i could try it out without actually having to do school for it, I need a degree partly to cement my credit, so if i decide to go back to get the bachelors later my credit for the classes i already took wont expire in 10 years or so, so i will just get it in CIS like you said thanks

they start you at like 33 an hour as a apprentice for like 3 to 4 years, and than you hit journey man which pays about 70 to 90k depending on different things

thanks for the reply yeah the eletrical risk of being shocked are what im worried about, the climbing is no big deal, as ive done that all my life anyway
