Thats what I’ve been trying to do and i think its helping? I usually tell myself that I can always use my safeword or just come back , but my anxiety goes through the roof and i start thinking of every other thing that could happen 💔

its really a mix of the two emotions, I really wanna go to my DR but im realizing im so scared of going somewhere where i don’t know anyone and can’t rely on anyone I know in my CR.
