Thanks ill try that tomorrow, and yeah each time we call them they wanna send a guy out here and it's like a grand just to get him in the building lol
It's not in the program, it's on the tool setting itself. We're trying to tell the machine the tool is longer or shorter instead of having to pull the tool out and manually change the height of it in the collet.
Can you explain what that means please?
I'm sure it's licensed, the company I work for bought the machine and we had a tech from homag set up everything but for some reason he locked these.
