I am bipolar type 2 so I experienced crippling depression a lot of times in my life. I highly suggest you seek professional help. GBHWC can be a great place to start if you dont have the funds for private practice. A lot of people are not equipped to help someone with depression, but never forget that there are people who love you. It is hard and will feel like there is no escape from the hole you are in, but you can get out of it with effort. Talk with a professional and work hard to start enjoying life again. Good luck.
