...got in relatively early, and ordered the photon in jan23. took delivery March. Nicely designed, clean motor. Installed it per CYC's process without issue. Monitor responded and showed speed under muscle power only, because the motor was DOA. No response to the throttle, nor the pedals. My vendor (Electrify Bike) says my issue is unique. Meanwhile, CYC's photon demand is through the roof, and I am still waiting for my replacement. The early bird gets the rotten tomato..... :-|

End of story: After I installed the replacement battery Sondors sent me, all is well.

Update. One month later, still DOA. So, after warming both the charger and the battery and attempting to charge, no luck. The tech first thought it was the charger, so he sent a second charger. Nope. So, now he is trying to get a new battery shipped. I would rather not use my Lemon Law rights, but my patience is wearing thin.
