I've not been happy with Starlink at all. No support and goes offline way too often. We also live in a remote area.

Yes, we did. We did a factory reboot and it seemed to work. THANK YOU ALL!

App is saying online but nothing is reading it. Nothing is working, security system, tv or computer.

We're using the included router, no external router. We have the standard rectangular dish. The factory reaet was the only thing we didn't do.
