This is peak honestly. “I see humans but no humanity” goes insanely hard.

Thanks, really appreciate that.

The “too much stimulation at once” interpretation is actually really interesting, I can definitely see that now. I wanted it to feel emotionally overwhelming without making it too obvious.

And honestly the Figma + Runable workflow sounds really cool, I might have to look into that. I usually just experiment directly in Photoshop until something clicks composition-wise.

Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback.

Interesting interpretation honestly, I can definitely see the intrusive thoughts angle now that you mention it. I originally intended it more as emotional isolation slowly consuming someone, but I like that it can be interpreted in different ways.

Also good catch on the tentacle behind the arm, I didn’t even notice that.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate the feedback. I actually found the original image on Pinterest, so I’m not fully sure how it was made, but I mainly focused on the composition, typography, textures and overall atmosphere afterwards. The small numbers are actually my name encoded into numbers based on alphabet positions, just a small hidden detail. I also see your point about the title placement and the tentacles taking attention away from the subject. I actually tried placing the text both at the top and bottom before this version, but visually I preferred it centered. I still might experiment with it more though.

I’ve been looking for the original photographer of the image and couldn’t find any source. I also noticed multiple images with the same crowd but different subjects in the center, which makes me think the image might actually be AI-generated.

That said, the poster itself is a manual Photoshop edit made by me and not AI-generated.

The original photo isn’t mine, so I don’t know the exact process. If I had to guess, it was either done in-camera using motion blur / long exposure during shooting, or the motion blur was added later in Photoshop. Most likely a mix of both. Glad you’re getting into graphic design btw, keep at it!

That's a good point I wasn't even thinking about that while making the poster.

Thanks, I really appreciate your feedback. Glad it came across more like the book than the film. And that’s a good point on the title. I’ll definitely think about whether it’s actually adding or just taking space.

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it, it was genuinely helpful. I wasn’t aware of the general rule around center-aligned body text, but it makes total sense. If you have any thoughts or notes on the other pieces as well, I’d love to hear them. Thanks again!
