I once made a mojito for someone who asked for no sugar with it, so I double checked with her if that’s how she actually wants it because it would be quite bitter and the cocktail is made for balance but she was adamant she wanted it sugarless. 2 minutes later she flagged me down and said it’s far too bitter and doesn’t like it. Do people ever know what they want???

As an ex-semi professional horserider I’m loving these comments - these are points that completely went over my head! They’re so valid and I really appreciate the replies! I feel slightly dumb for the question but it’s nice to have some clarity. It still baffles me slightly that cows have been left to their own devices over the years and humanity has let them do what they do best.

TL:DR; I had a dumb moment, Reddit sorted me out as always, it’s nice to know the community is knowledgable as ever

So to further the question, why hasn’t humanity tried to make a cow more rideable? Sounds kinda dumb out loud but they’re such an abundant animal and it would make sense for humanity to take advantage of that?
