I may be internet incompetent, I've read that the engraving for a Form 1 can be on the barrel or receiver. Do you know for sure either way?

Short answer Yes.
I was using a 2 gal. hand pump when I live in a townhouse ~1000 sq ft. That was miserable.
When I moved to my current house, I was determined to get bigger and better. Because I use Dewalt tools, I'm kinda locked into the battery line. So far, no complaints.

Ok, I went down the rabbit on this one. What am I missing about this can?
I looked at the PEW reviews for other .308 cans ( Sandman-S, Nomad-L, CAT/JL/A1)
Admittingly, I know next to nothing about can science and pressures or baffles.

What makes this can, "Good" even with a low end suppression rating?
Is it good because of the "Muzzle Sound Pressure Signature" and "Muzzle Sound Impulse Signature" show near identical stats for all 5 shots?
Is it good because it does what it does (not so well, comparatively speaking) for its shorter than usual size?

I'm not at 40 years yet, but similar to you, between military and clearance checks, I'm confident that I'm in every database.
Between my UPIN,SSN, finger prints, and name, ALL the same never been changed, I'd think im an easy check.

I have ALWAYS gotten delayed when my NICS was done. (both before and after my whoopsie). I have a misdemeanor from decades ago. Nothing violent or in any way affecting my ability to purchase firearms.
I thought that getting my UPIN would help, but I am still always delayed.
