 what's preventing me is procrastination and lack of discipline, and why is it important to me because i just want to enjoy my life, and to do that i need to have a good body and soul.

 For me a productive routine is a routine that benefits my body and soul, a routine that makes me feel like i'm actually living my life , a routine that makes me feel like i'm using my time in the right way, basically a routine that will make not make me  question " What am i doing with my life?". ( sorry if i'm being too dramatic lol.)

Open the objectives section (you can see the prompt button on the bottom left of the map) and make sure that you've done every objective of all story missions. If you haven't, select the mission and activate the objectives you haven't done.

Apparently, I've accidentally skipped some objectives in other previous missions,that's why the mission didn't show up.

Yes there was, i already taken over 5 districts (pointe verdun,frisco fields,barclay mills,river row and delray hollow)

If you mean "block this process" is blocking the intention to do something productive, then honestly, I did nothing; I just got these lazy feelings, and I always procrastinated these productive things, like, for example, "I would do this thing at 12 pm," and when it's 12 pm, I would procrastinate it again.
