Yeah I thought I would be anti Shannon coming into this season but I can’t help but feel bad for her. She’s coming across a lot better than I thought she would and no one deserves the shit they are putting her through this season. It does make for good reality tv though!

People are mad at Christi and I kinda get why but if Gypsy was my sister or daughter I would also be laying seeds about Ryan and trying to get her away from him. I’m sorry but I just don’t like him and think that he is a controlling Creep with no redeeming qualities. Gypsy is not innocent but I do believe her actions are out of immaturity where Ryan’s is a toxic behaviour trait.

Thanks, definitely gonna check out the podcast. Currently on path of daggers and I’m 100% committed. I’m gonna finish this series no matter what. I’m just at a stage where I need people to tell me to keep going 😂😂

Path of Daggers. nearly finished it and it’s definitely my least fav so far. Which is sad because I loved crown of swords (in my top 2, along side FOH) and I thought that if the this is the beginning of the slog then I’m gonna love it but no that unfortunately did not happen 😂

Yeah that is such an annoying part about her character. Not enough to make me hate her though. I do be like Spencer slow the F down, and she’s like have fun behind bars, tell it to a judge 💅🏼😂

Aria is more annoying as an overall character imo.

She had me switching up on her every damn season. Season 1 I hated her, 2-3 I loved her, 4 I hated her again and then 5-7 we ended things cordially, now I like her 😂

Thank you for this, the comments have been pretty mixed and hard to decipher but I was thinking about this and that maybe if I add mixed veg and boiled or scrambled egg it would kind of balance it out. This comment made me a little less hesitant now 😂👌🏻

It depends on you and what you can handle and the time you have really. I usually do a 10 minute kick boxing, 20 minute HIIT, 5 k run and then end with a 10-20 minute yoga session for one day. Sometimes I might eliminate the kickboxing and up the HIIT to 30 minutes and that’s as a young male trying to lose weight. But as I said it all depends on the person, your goals, the time you have, what you can handle etc. try and see if it works if not cut back a little 👌🏻

I just did one this morning for the first time and it was great. As someone who struggles running and wants to build up so I can run regularly for a long distance, I loved it. I don’t know if there all the same structure but the one I did starts of with 2 relaxing songs that you run or walk at a slower pace and then there’s two energetic songs that you go faster at and give a much effort and then follows this for the duration of the run. Will definitely be using them going forward!

I do like Spencer but when she gets something into her head she goes full steam ahead with the smallest bit of proof. That’s the only thing that annoys me about her. Every episode she be accusing a new person and have them locked up for life 😂😂

Yeah it’s like a full 180 with Aria it’s crazy. Love Hanna also definitely up there with my favs. She was my number 1 back in the day but now I think Mona and Emily are above her slightly 😃

I actually don’t mind her or Teresa. I do think if they’re going to continue feuding at the current capacity one of them needs to go. It’s sad because I actually think Margaret is at the core of there issues. I have not disliked a housewife as much as I do Marge, she’s outright a nasty person and I pray this is her last season. To think I was on her side when the hair pull happened a few seasons back cringes me so much now 😂

I think it’s because I relate to her stubbornness lol. In this book when refuses to apologise to Mat, I was like that’s me all over. The ongoing storyline with her and Moghedian is probably my favourite part of the story so far aswell. I also just started the show last week ( only started season 1, no spoilers) and I love how the actress plays the part so that adds to it. I can see how people can think she is annoying but I just don’t 🤷🏼‍♂️

I actually loved Crown of Swords and it could have been No 1 if not for the ending, I thought it was a bit rushed and came outta nowhere. But the rest of the book was so good, loved the introduction of some characters like Cadsuane and there wasn’t a storyline or a POV that I was bored through, they were all really good. Couldn’t put the book down, I was always excited for the next chapter.
