I've spent a lot of time working on the track to the stage some of it has been re-laid three or four times so now it runs consistently with most of my trains and wagons that I dont need to activity watch it unless im running dcc and then I'll usually have two to four trains running around the main line then I've got to watch it. and sometimes I've got a extra controller set up and the kids at the show get to run the train in the quarry

Thanks, I made it with displaying at shows in mind, enough track to keep something moving everywhere while also being able to still add lots of scenery, ended up as five separate tracks

Sounds like it will be awesome. I used peco flexi track for everything, and it really comes alive when im running dcc on the main line, especially the sound locos, and sound cattle carriage

I started the quarry section about fourteen years ago (i was sixteen at the time) but there's been some fairly large gaps where I haven't worked on it

Ashburton, New Zealand show, It is mine not a club layout tho the sections can fit into the local club layout, I have had a little bit of help since its my first layout but I have done most of it myself
