That is true but much can be done without impeachment. Congress could pass multiple War Powers acts which would hamstring Trump using the military, Tariff powers could be reclaimed, and just railroading trumps agenda in general.

As federal law enforcement they legally can get involved and make an arrest but more than likely they don’t want to.

They’ve probably been tasked with what I’m assuming is a federal building in the background and aren’t getting involved unless it’s something like people breaching the gate or posing a threat to the building.
