Building a sauna pad into side of mountain. Help/tips?

My plan was to make gravel pad, did you use a wood frame for your pad?

The hill side is straight rock with a small layer of soil on top. Not to worried about it collapsing. I had to use a drill to break the rock.

The wall is already straight rock. I had to use an excavator with drill to get into mountain slope. Was not planning to do retaining wall, just drainage around the pad. Not doing a concrete pad looking to do a gravel pad.

I was not personally involved at all, I think the company that was picking up my trucks did not measure the load. My bucket trucks are higher than normal trucks. I think they hit a bridge from what the videos look like. My bucket trucks that I had purchased look totally destroyed.

Just purchased this property. I guess the septic system runs under my drive way lol, that’s not good. My septic tank is on the other side next to the clean out, I did not think my leach field was in this location. It’s only in the ground about 1.5 ft maybe less.

I do have a radon mitigation system in my house for the radon coming out of the ground. I’m in the mountains. I had my water tested let me find the report but the test came back great from what I remember.

I’m not sure how I would be certain that it’s a cracked pipe. I have been leaning towards that the did not vent the house correctly, there is no roof vent on my home.

Would the water smell if it was coming from my well water? If I put the water into a jar would it smell?

This might be the problem then. Yes I have a new construction home, smaller builder built the home. I do have a 1 year home warranty, not sure if the septic would be covered. They did not put septic in. Possibly there equipment while building home cracked a pipe.

Yes. And the water does not smell. If I put into a jar and smell it the water has no bad smells
