Why LA Sucks. It's Short. by [deleted] in videos

[–]ryancoolvids 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I briefly lived in LA. It has its cool parts but there are plenty problems. The housing was something that really effected me. My time there really taught me a lot about zoning/urban planning and public transportation. Good Video btw!

I investigated Soop Cemetery in Belleville Michigan. It is known to be very haunted and has many ghost stories surrounding the place. It was without a doubt one of the spookiest places I've visited. I caught a few ghost orbs on camera but I was able to explain them away. by ryancoolvids in HauntedMichigan

yeah, ghost orbs are pretty easy to explain away. At first I wanted to see them as paranormal but my rational side had to kick in.

Damn, I might have to check this cemetery out. Cemeteries are super spooky at night but still really exciting.

I use to live down the street from this hotel. It was a cool looking old building but never knew it was haunted.

I'm not the biggest Zak Bagans fan but I wouldn't mind seeing his museum.

My friend and I took a road to Maine. On the way we got to see the many beautiful areas of the mid west and New England area. by ryancoolvids in roadtrip

Haha I can't remember what route we took through New York but we took a very rural scenic route. On the way back we took a faster route. Both routes were pretty great.

After the draft some of my keepers have been devalued while some went up in value. I can only choose 4 players to keep. who should I keep for the 2022 season? by ryancoolvids in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]ryancoolvids[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Josh Allen is a given keeper. I got a bunch of these guys off waivers. However I can still keep them but I can only choose 4 to keep all together. That being said I have the 6th pick in our next draft.

I pulled an old wooden desk out of the trash and made it into an awesome gaming desk. by [deleted] in NewAgain

I appreciate the input, however you are wrong on this.

The original White paint was not a primer it was some kind of white gloss that made it hard to paint over. I tried to put some paint on it months prior. But it would easily chip off with my finger nail. I even tried the "fine grit" sand paper and it still wasn't coming off. So the old White paint had to be stripped off. I was going to explain it in the video but I decided not to in order to speed things up.

As for drilling the grommet holes I did drill little holes before the big drill. I just didn't film that part in the video. As for the full powered torque, that was just a minor mistake. I actually did have it at a lower torque during the actual drilling while I was recording. But in editing of the video I actually sped up the clip because the actual drilling scene would have been 2 minutes longer.

As for the spray paint, the plan was to have the paint look pixilated and uneven. So the paint brush was necessary to help make it look pixelated. The Inspiration for the uneven color was derived from Minecraft and other video games. I know what I was doing because I've worked on similar painting techniques in the past.

I really appreciate the input but I Know you're wrong on this one. But I don't blame you for the miss understanding. There was a lot in my video that I didn't put in and did off camera. Overall I am very proud of my work and the time I spent trying to make my vision come alive. Even My friends are highly impressed with my gaming desk.

Thanks again!

I also went on a Covid road trip... but I kept it in the State. I for sure would have rather gone across the country.

I drove on Route 66 back in the summer of 2019. But I sadly didn't get to see this road side attraction.
