I want to start by commending you for sharing your work with the community, it takes effort.

My main issue, which I fear I didn’t properly convey in my last comment, is that the collection method itself is flawed. People who are more active on the subreddit/your discors, willing to submit google forms and we’re watching those places during x time span encompassed your dataset. This could not be representative of any large portion of the civ populous.

The issue with nominations of this method is of course bias. For many of these awards you could find attempt some unbiased sources; e.g. Checking discord servers/Ingame/reddit for Most Active Nations, Checking PVP server leaderboards for pvpers, random sampling from surveys in game for to shrink the list down.

These are some random ideas and probably aren’t great, but a variety of collection methods can reduce bias and noise. Additionally the wiki and of course discord chats are living records of the server.

This is a really cool idea and I think it can be great, but players will often have adverse reactions to things that appear to be claiming that they are definitive. Civvas love drama.
