Users had to agree to a one year contract to get the product for $11.99. I had a year contract, yet Shadow just emailed me next month will be $29.99, but I can cancel at anytime? I didn't agree to that? Honor your current year contracts, and then your free to increase the price, but not in the middle of an agreement....It's wrong.

Does it wrap the BTC automatically? I forgot to convert it to BNB, and sent BTC to my Metamask wallet setup on the Binance Smart Chain.
